Product Introduction

This multi-user energy meter (non-contact RF card prepaid energy meter) is a new product independently developed by our company. It can be controlled separately for 39 single-phase or 13 three-phase users (or mixed single-phase and three-phase on the same meter). It is a fully electronic intelligent multifunctional energy meter, with a single-chip microcontroller as the core and a fully modular structure. It can simultaneously measure the electricity consumption status of multiple users and independently monitor the electricity consumption status of each user, and cyclically display the cumulative electricity consumption of each user. It can achieve household detection, centralized installation, and centralized management, and fundamentally eliminate various theft and leakage phenomena, reducing many electricity disputes and accidents. This meter can measure forward measurement, has no power outage function, and displays the electricity consumption information of each household in a cyclic manner. It is easy to install and can be remotely read by a computer through RS485 networking, making it convenient for management departments to timely grasp and summarize the electricity consumption information of each month. The product complies with the CB/T17215.321-2008 standard for Level 1 and Level 2 Static AC Active Energy Meters. The product is widely used for electricity metering in enterprises and institutions, urban residential areas, student apartments, old building electricity meter renovation, high-rise buildings, etc.

This energy meter is centrally installed and has the advantages of small size, anti electromagnetic interference, low power consumption, long service life, and intelligent meter reading.


Features

1. Multi user energy meters can accurately measure high precision and measure active energy in both positive and negative directions, preventing electricity theft.

Purpose and Scope of Application

Under normal use, a multi-user energy meter displays the meter number, sales software unit number, user number, and cumulative electricity amount in a loop on the digital display.


Meter reading method

1. Direct reading meter reading

The display window of this electric energy meter has two rows of LED digital tubes, and the upper row displays the user number: for example, 0001 represents the first household; 0002 represents the second household... The user number 0001 in the upper row corresponds to the electricity consumption of the first household in the lower row, and so on. The highest display shows 99999.9kWh, with one household switching every four seconds.


2. Computer networking remote automatic meter reading (user selected).

There is a five pin socket (inspection and calibration port) and a four pin socket (RS485 port) on the upper case, as shown in the figure:

Inspection Method

1. Input the current line from the input end of the verified user through the calibration device, output it from the output end of the user, and apply the voltage line between this phase input line and the neutral line N.

2. By using a dedicated five pin plug, apply the four pins (positive pulse) and five pins (negative impulse) of the five pin socket to the pulse input of the calibration table. The pulse constant of the tested multi meter is single-phase K=3200i m p/KW. h and three-phase K=3200i m p/KW. h.

3. Short circuit the 2-pin (verification end) and 3-pin (signal ground) of the five core socket, fix the display to show the number of households being tested, and detect the current user error displayed, and so on. Power display verification method: This multi-user energy meter has a power display function. Insert the verification plug into a five pin socket, and the digital tube on the upper row of the meter will no longer display the user number, but the corresponding household's power consumption. After verification, be sure to unplug the five pin plug.


Transportation and storage methods

1. The transportation and assembly of electric energy meters should not be subjected to severe impacts, and should be transported and stored in accordance with ZBY00382/84 "Technical Conditions for Instrument Packaging".

2. When not in use temporarily, do not damage the original packaging. Store in an environment with a temperature of -25 ℃ to+70 ℃ and a relative humidity of no more than 85%. Long term storage should be moisture-proof, shock resistant, and heat-resistant.


Safety Precautions

1. Please read the manual carefully and pay attention to the wiring method. Do not connect the household number and the live and neutral wires incorrectly to avoid damaging the electricity meter.

2. The electric energy meter must be installed in the distribution box and should not be installed in a leak proof manner to prevent rain and sun exposure.

3. The neutral wire of the electric meter only provides the electric meter circuit, and the distribution box should not be operated without a neutral wire. Additional user neutral wire and ground wire terminals should be installed inside the distribution box.

Special Reminder: After wiring the electricity meter, it should be carefully checked to avoid zero operation!
