Overview
The DTS866 and DSS866 DIN rail mounted three-phase electronic active energy meters are newly developed by our company using microelectronics technology and specialized large-scale integrated circuits, as well as advanced technologies such as digital sampling processing and SMT technology.
The technical performance of this meter fully complies with the relevant technical requirements of the Level 1 three-phase active energy meter in the IEC 62053-21 international standard, and can directly and accurately measure the consumption of active energy by loads in three-phase AC power grids with a rated frequency of 50Hz or 60Hz. This meter is equipped with a 7-digit LCD display to show functional battery levels, and has the characteristics of good reliability, small size, light weight, beautiful appearance, and easy installation. Widely applicable and easily compatible with devices.
Features
1. 35mm DIN standard rail installation, in compliance with DIN EN 50022 standard, or front panel installation (with installation hole center distance of 63mm), two installation methods can be freely selected by the user.
2. Width 125mm.
3. 7-digit LCD display, standard configuration 6+1-bit (999999.9kWh) display, optional 5+2-digit display.
4. The standard configuration includes passive power pulse output (with polarity), and passive remote power pulse output (without polarity) can be selected for easy connection with various AMR systems, in compliance with IEC 62053-31 and DIN 43864 standards.
5. Six LEDs respectively indicate the phase power status (yellow, green, red) and power pulse signal (white), with yellow COM indicating RS485 communication.
6. The standard configuration includes detecting the direction of load current flow, automatically detecting the direction of load current flow, and indicated by a separate LED.
7. Single directional measurement of three-phase active energy consumption, independent of the direction of load current flow, in accordance with IEC62053-21 standard.
8. Standard configuration S-type wiring (bottom in, top out), for direct access use, with options for CT access and PT&CT access.
9. The standard configuration includes a short terminal cover, and an extended terminal cover can be selected to protect electrical safety.
10. It has RS485 communication function and can be connected to RS485 communication network for remote meter reading and centralized management. The standard configuration communication protocol supports DL/T645 or Modbus RTU protocol.
